Shipping Policy

BellStone offers several types of delivery.

1. Small Product Courier (UPS, Fedex, Etc)- In-Stock Items arrive within 7-10 days. Certain items such as BBQ Grills, Fireplace Mantles, and most tools can be shipped anywhere in the Continental United States that weigh under 150 lbs. Out of stock items may take longer or to be built items will take longer. Please inspect your product and note any damages to the package upon acceptance on the shipper’s documents.
2. Large Product Courier (LTL motor Freight companies)- *Normal Shipping times are 5-10 days. This is for larger items that will be shipped generally out of state and are over 150 lbs.
3. Local Deliveries- ** Normal Shipping times 3-5 days. These deliveries are for all items including Stone products, mulch, sands, landscaping stone, mortar. These products are generally shipped via BellStone delivery trucks within 20-50 miles from our home base (Willow Park, TX). There is a minimum order of $300 for eligibility of shipment. Please understand that there is Heavy equipment in use, we take no express or implied responsibilities for damage to personal property. Including but not limited to, damage to sprinklers, driveways, concrete, tire and fluid marks, drainage, or septic! If your site is unsuitable for delivering safely due to weather or other hazards an additional delivery charge may be incurred.

*Please allow longer times during season busy times, bad weather, or possible back orders. Also, special order items may take longer for shipment. We will notify you if your shipment is to be delayed.

*Some exceptions include Custom ordered products such as Outdoor Cabinets, Evo, AMG, and Hestan Grills.

** Most masonry building material are readily available, but some items may have significant lead times. One example is specific brick lines. It could be 2-20 weeks. We will notify you if lead times are unusual but feel free to ask upon ordering.
